How do I redeem my perks from Yuma Copy and 928 Banners?
After signing up for the Print Zoom Alliance, create an account with each partner (Yuma Copy and 928 Banners). Then contact us with your username or account email so we can activate your member discounts. Once activated, your discounts will apply automatically to future orders.
What is Imaginary Friends Design Studios?
Imaginary Friends Design Studios is our creative partner for all design services. They handle everything from logo creation and branding to custom print layouts and marketing materials. You can learn more about their services at neversee.me
When does the Imaginary Friends credit get attached to my account?
Your design credit is applied at the start of the months 2, 5, 8 and 11 of your membership. You can use your credit for 60 days from the date issued with Imaginary Friends Design Studios. Credit is not redeemable for any cash value and is not transferable and can not be banked. If credit is not used it is lost.
How much design credit do I receive per quarter?
Each Print Zoom Alliance member receives a $75 design credit every quarter—adding up to $300 per year when fully used.
How long is the design credit valid?

Can I cancel at any time?
Payment is a yearly subscription of $99. Subscription can be canceled at any time; however, refunds are not available. After cancelation, membership will run to renewal date and no further.

Design Services
Over the course of your year-long membership, you will recieive a $75 quarterly credit for design services from Imaginary Friends Design Studios (neversee.me). This balance does not carry over between quarters. This is a use or lose credit, not to be paid out or otherwise redeemed if unused.
